The Shakespeare 4018 is a 19-foot, commercial-grade VHF marine antenna featuring phased ½-wave elements arranged in a collinear configuration, paired with a coaxial choking sleeve to reduce cable radiation. Revered by charter boat captains and sport fishermen, this antenna combines impressive long-range communication with lightweight durability for steadfast performance in rough seas.The 4018-M variant is tailored for land-based and commercial vessel installations—offering the same rugged build and performance, but with an aluminum sleeve at the base for secure mast mounting and an integrated SO-239 connector.
