The Shakespeare 408-R Antenna Upper Mounting Bracket is an insulated stand-off bracket made from white molded plastic. It is designed to be used with long antennas with swivel mount bases with 1-1/8 Inch/ 1-1/2 Inch Diameter and plastic stand off bracket with inserts.
